Day2 - Spawn Chaos
Day 2 of the Game Jam. I've got some hard work behind me. Spawning walls, placing houses, and installing a helicopter squadron. It's taking a while, but it's necessary for the gameplay. You can slowly feel the strain, but you have to push through these phases. Right now, I've got a bit of a headache after four hours of continuous development.
The little Piskel app from https://www.piskelapp.com/p/create/sprite is nice, where you can quickly draw a small sprite prototype. I'm eagerly awaiting the real graphics that VFC wants to draw, backgrounds, items, the cute stuff in the game that earns you points ;-)
By Tuesday, I want to have the gameplay ready, with the menu, credits, etc. Tomorrow, everyday life starts again, so there will be even less time during the day, but I'll be able to free up a few hours.
